You acknowledge that you may come into contact with Protected Health Information (PHI) during the course of your work. You agree to:
• Access only the minimum necessary patient information required for your specific duties
• Never share, copy, or discuss patient information outside of authorised clinical settings
• Report any suspected PHI breaches immediately to your charge nurse and agency coordinator
• Understand that violations may result in immediate removal from the platform and legal liability

What we collect: We collect your name, contact details, professional licence information, shift records, timesheet data and payroll information necessary to operate the platform.
How we use it: Your data is used solely to facilitate shift placements, compliance verification, payroll processing and communication with your agency. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties without your consent.
HIPAA: All patient health information you may access through your work is governed separately by HIPAA and your agency's privacy policies.
Data retention: Your data is retained for a minimum of 7 years for compliance purposes. You may request a copy of your data at any time.
